 Wash Club Terms and Conditions

1. Billing & Payment
   ○ I authorize Sweetwater Car Wash to charge my credit card with the monthly amount until canceled.
   ○ A valid credit card is required to participate in the program. For your convenience, the monthly club membership will be automatically billed to your credit card.
   ○ Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
2. Membership Details
   ○ All club memberships apply to exterior washes only.
   ○ Membership is valid for one vehicle per account.
   ○ Dealer plates and plate switching will result in immediate termination.
3. Cancellations & Upgrades
   ○ Membership cancellations can be made online or in person.
   ○ If canceled mid-month, there will be no refund for the remaining days of the month. No partial month refunds.
   ○ Customers may upgrade their wash club plan by paying the difference between their current plan and the upgraded plan at the time of visit.
   ○ Membership cancellations can be completed online or in person no later than 48 hours prior to the billing date to avoid additional charges.
4. Account & Billing Information
   ○ Customers must notify Sweetwater Car Wash of any changes to their contact or billing information (including address and credit card details). This must be done in person.
   ○ If Sweetwater Car Wash is unable to process a charge due to an expired credit card or other billing issue, the customer’s membership will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
5. Promotions & Special Offers
   ○ Wash club promotions and special offers cannot be combined.
   ○ Discounted memberships are not eligible for future promotions.
6. Closures & Service Interruptions
   ○ No refunds will be issued for days when Sweetwater Car Wash is closed due to weather, equipment maintenance, or early closures.
7. Termination & Policy Changes
   ○ Sweetwater Car Wash reserves the right to terminate any wash club membership at any time without notice.
   ○ Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
8. Communication Consent
   ○ By participating in Sweetwater Car Wash services, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages and promotional emails regarding your account, special offers, free wash codes, and other value-added incentives.
   ○ Some messages may be sent via an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
   ○ You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages.
