Wash Club Terms and Conditions

Billing & Payment

• I authorize Sweetwater Car Wash to charge my credit card the monthly membership fee until canceled.
• A valid credit card is required to participate in the Wash Club. For your convenience, your membership will be automatically billed each month.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

Membership Details

• All Wash Club memberships apply to exterior washes only.
• Membership is valid for one vehicle per account.
• Dealer plates, license plate switching, or misuse of a membership will result in immediate termination.

Cancellations & Upgrades

• Membership cancellations may be completed online, in person, or by emailing Clubs@Sweetwatercw.com.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your billing date to avoid additional charges.
• If a membership is canceled mid-month, no refunds or partial-month credits will be issued.
• Customers may upgrade their Wash Club plan at any time by paying the difference between their current plan and the upgraded plan.

Account & Billing Information

• Customers are responsible for notifying Sweetwater Car Wash of any changes to their contact, vehicle, or billing information, including credit card details.
• If Sweetwater Car Wash is unable to process a payment due to an expired credit card or other billing issue, the membership will be suspended until the account is brought current.

Promotions & Special Offers

• Wash Club promotions and special offers cannot be combined.
• Discounted memberships are not eligible for future promotional offers.

Closures & Service Interruptions

• No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary closures due to weather, equipment maintenance, repairs, holidays, or early closures.

Termination & Policy Changes

• Sweetwater Car Wash reserves the right to terminate any Wash Club membership at any time for misuse or violation of these terms.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Communication Consent

• By participating in Sweetwater Car Wash services, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages and promotional emails regarding your account, special offers, free wash codes, and other value-added incentives.
• Some messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message.
