Is Sweetwater car wash safe for my car?
We only use soft cloth materials that will not cause scratches or swirls. Sweetwater car wash only uses chemicals and processes that are safe for your vehicles’ finish and graphics. You’ll be proud that our wash system is environmentally friendly and we recycle over 50% of our wash water
Are the vacuums free?
Yes! Our self-service vacuums, towels, glass cleaner, and mat machines are complimentary to use with purchase of a car wash.
Does my membership work at different location?
Yes, your membership at Sweetwater Carwash works at any of our locations. Enjoy the convenience of using your membership benefits at any of our facilities, allowing you to access unlimited washes and other exclusive perks regardless of where you visit.
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up at the wash in person at the paystation or purchase your membership online (click here).
How do I cancel my membership?
While we are sad to see you go, we have made the cancelation process simple for you. You can either cancel your membership in store with any of our management team, Or you can cancel online.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
Let one of our team members know so we can update your membership information accordingly.
Do you offer community or event fundraising programs?
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, they are available in our new online store and at any of our locations.
