Memberships

 Wash Club Terms and Conditions 

• I authorize Sweetwater Car Wash to charge my credit card with the monthly amount until canceled.
• All club memberships are exterior washes only
• Membership valid one per vehicle.
• Valid credit card to participate in program.  For your convenience, the monthly club membership will be automatically billed to customer’s credit card.
• Cancellation of Membership can be done online or in person.  If cancelled mid-month, there will be no refund for remaining month. No partial month(s) refund.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Sweetwater Car Wash and give notification about any changes of contact or billing information including address and credit card information. This must be done in person.
• If Sweetwater Car Wash is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to an expiration date on the credit card or other change in information, then the customer’s participation in the program will be suspended.
• Customer is allowed to upgrade their wash club to another plan, by paying the difference between their current wash club and the upgraded plan at the time of visit.
• Wash club promotions and special offers can not be combined. Discounted memberships are not eligible for future promotions.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
• Dealer plates and plate switching will result in immediate termination.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Sweetwater Car Wash reserves the right to terminate any “wash club” at any time without notice.
• No refunds for days that we close early or do not open due to weather or equipment maintenance.
